Abstract
This work describes investigations into the growth of mesophilic Bacillus spores from very small inocula in pasteurized and sterilized milk. A comparison of growth in sterilized milk with that in pasteurized milk, showed that the process of sterilization could set up inhibitory conditions. Over the range of heat treatment, 107.5
