Abstract

Recently, the low temperature photo-induced transport properties of amorphous semiconductors and the hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) in particular, have been the interest of many authors. These can be studied by various techniques, particularly by luminescence and photoconductivity measurements. In the present work, the low temperature photoconductivity of a-Si:H is investigated.
