Abstract
In this Investigation, experiments have been designed to assess the significance of histamine as a factor affecting gastric motility in sheep. Responses of smooth muscle from the stomach have been examined using isolated strips of reticulum, rumen, omasum and abomasum suspended in oxygenated Tyrode solution at 37
